Family time was precious to her, whether it was in her home or a Pittsburgh Pirate baseball game or on a yearly vacation to the Outer Banks where she and Chuck had spent their honeymoon. Reading to her children and grandchildren was especially precious to her. She enjoyed word games and math puzzles and was captivated by the beauty and majesty of God's creation. Cheryl was strong in her Christian faith and through her five-year battle with cancer, she always looked for ways that God could use her. Her book, Ponderings From the Pastor's Partner, will make you laugh, cry and remind you of the life-giving truths of God's Word.
